There are a lot of these mirrors out there for different cars. Its a cool idea but why would you want your display where its most visible to other drivers? Plus if you have your V1 on the windshield, its only really moving the display a foot or two away.

I guess its good if you have your V1 in a stealth set up somewhere that the main display is not visible. But otherwise, you can put the concealed display anywhere in the vehicle you choose.

^ Agreed to all.

Especially as the Cheetah GPS-Mirror offers even more control over the V1's functionality, and it's warnings are not easily "telegraphed" by following vehicle(s). Certainly, the GPS-Mirror gives up arrow-indication/Bogey Count/strength-meter however, with a well-located remote concealed display, that's again a non-issue.

I do not think that this type of aftermarket mirror is useless - rather, it's just that the V1 user should consider, IN-DEPTH, whether it is actually needed or not (as well as whether or not it actually offers the specific end-user any benefit at all), before making the purchase.
