 |  tryin to choose btw 3 diff radar detectors Hi, im new to this forum, been lurking around here for 2 weeks now. i got pissed the other day decided to pull out my old cobra esd 9100, havent used it in 6 years or so find out the thing didnt even pick up 1/3 of mile. so now im in the market for new radar detector , tryin to decide on which model to buy, my choices are whistler pro 78, whistler xtr690, and the whistler xtr695 been thinkin about just holdin off until there is some reviews for the whistler xtr695. any help would be appreciated, been bangin my head against brick wall tryin to decide. i also have garmin nuvi 350 with all the redlight cameras thanks | ||||||||

| Re: tryin to choose btw 3 diff radar detectors I'm going to watch those other videos. My Pro-78 absolutely OWNS 34.7. That video was probably a 2-mile or so alert. I've had 3.9.

| Re: tryin to choose btw 3 diff radar detectors Watched all three vids, and I gotta say, the 695 is pretty impressive. I wish I'd been able to see the display to see it display frequencies, but it handled even the very difficult 35.5 pretty nicely. Obviously not as sensitive as the two $400 detectors Veil Guy had in the car with him, but still did very well.

| Re: tryin to choose btw 3 diff radar detectors stealthcb, would it be worth the extra money for xtr 695, i can get the pro 78 on amazon for like 127, wich if ya apply for credit card ya can get 30 bux back on the card. i dont know what to do right now. for 100 bux i may say hell with it get the pro 78, sorry if im being pain in the ass just wanna make the right decision thanks | ||||||||
