Default Where do you mount your radar detector at?

Where does everyone mount their radar detector at.... on their visor...on the center of their window.... ?

Just a tad bit off the centerline, to the left of the mirror, up high about 2 inches below the roofline.

Just above and to the left and slightly resting on the top of my RVM. 1/2 of the RD peaking out from under the tint strip.

I have it right above my mirror, have the direct wire source to the mirror on the left side, I have no tint strip on the top of my window, gives it a high view on the road (i have a car low to the ground) and just enough view for the rear antenna to see out the back.

My V1 is mounted infront of my RVM but just alittle bit lower so the the rear antenna can see behind me. I also have a conceal display that is part of a little project to make the conceal display more stealthy. Pics coming soon.

On the center of the dashboard of my pickup truck with velcro. That gives a 360 degree view for it with no obstructions.

a dash mount is a good choice, as long as the metal wipers arent in the way

Works for me. The dash is raised up enough where wipers don't interfere.
