Default New radar detector out?

Found this new radar detector out...looks like the knock off rocky mountain brand.... wow...shows it will diffuse laser over 2 miles away! I didnt know laser guns could shoot that far away

even if they could get you that far away, it would not be hard to diffuse/jam them at those distances. the closer you get to a laser gun the harder it is to jam it

I've heard the same gent who used to direct RMR is now running KAT electronics. It's been said that KAT stands for "Kick A** Technology."

If this company is run by the same gent that used to have a hand in RMR, I would expect you would find the same quality with this new radar detector.

Personally, I wouldn't touch this stuff with a 10' pole.

This detector reminds me of the laser star....gives you a false sense of security
