Question Is Laser Mask any good?

What is the 411 on Laser mask? From what I see here they appear to be every bit as good as LI...

Any other tests on these?

I don't think its very good, I know that Audi tested it a while back and didn't preform very well.

I think the videos are on here somewhere, SpeedLabs tests are a joke IMO.

We posted around 5:30. As an Admin myself for many forums I can tell you that we respect forum rules, and therefore there was NO reason what-so-ever for the post to be removed! All we did was respond to silverstreak98's post and remark about a second system out (Target Laser Track LT-400) which uses the gallium arsenide laser-diode, which is the same kind that is used in police Laser Guns. We come here because we felt that this is (was) a fair and balanced place to talk about radars topics, but if there is random censorship then please just let us know, and we will find another forum to contribute to. Please note RadarReviews_Net that none of this is directed at you, as you obviously didn't remove the post. We're just trying to sort this out and get some answers here.

Huh, I'm confused......I never saw that post must have been removed before I looked again. Maybe just a glitch in the system?

I'll take care of this matter, thanks for letting me know. The only thing I HAVE to censor is anything that can be considered slander to someone else, any threats, vulgar language, and of course spam and porn. All of this has to be done for legal reasons anything else isn't censored.

I do apologize for anything that was removed, and again I will get to the bottom of this.

Thanks for your understanding!

The Lasermask is a great for a person who has a limited budget and wants some form of protection. Not everyone can afford a LI. Everyone knows LaserMask is not the big dog but from my own testing as well as a few others it does provide enough real world protection. Even GoL test showed it not to far behind Blinder.

Hi everyone i am new to this fourm stuff so if i screw up i am sure someone will let me know. I just replaced my Blinder M-25 because of problems with it alerting all the time untill i unplugged one head. After checking it with a small led flashlight at night i noticed it had moisture on one lens inside and after removing the lens cover found this to be true. I cleaned it out and hooked it back up and it seemed to work ok however it happend again a few months later and I decided to go with the LaserMask because they told me it was specially sealed to eliminate this problem.

I have had no problems with it as of yet. I wash my vehicle often in an automatic car wash because i live on a gravel road which really sucks but did think about that when purchasing my home. Anyway i have been saved twice with it and at this point very happy with it. I hope it continues to hold up to the car wash. I have only had it a short time but was told to use rubbing compound on the lens if it gets dull so the replaceable lens on the blinder is not as big as deal as i first thought after dealing with the constant alerting with the moisture problem.

I think Blinder is a good unit but they need to trash the replacment lens. So as for my new LaserMask so far so good. Hope this info helps if anyone has the same problem with there Blinder alerting all the time. By the way nice forum folks very addictive seems i will be spending hours reading all the posts and getting up to speed.
