Default What does your radar & laser detector setup consist of?

Curious to know everyones setup, where they mounted everything, why they chose to go with that certain product, how does it perform, what is one thing you would have changed about the setup if you could do it all over again?

I have owned several detectors and a total of 3 laser jammers. I owned the blinder and ZR3 in the past among some Bels, Escorts and my current V1.

I have the V1 and a laser star (2 head) and this set up is perfect for me.

how do you like the GPS mirror? I had that with the interface for the valentine one radar...it was ok...I would have to say the mirror is awesome and it allows you to see the blind spots in the mirror very easily... also the feature to recognize red light cameras was pretty cool as well. Only thing is like the V1 you like to see how many cops and where they are located at...with mirror you are trying to look at two different units...also I had problems with the gps mirror receiving signal.

I like it a lot - chiefly for the reason you listed - that you liked the elimination of blind-spots.

Plus, as you can see in that rather fuzzy pic ( not the mirror's fault, as you know, that sucker is of extreme optical quality - that was just me, being bad at taking pictures, as usual! ), I can see nearly *all* of my kid in the back.

I also really like the speedo display.

I totally agree.

I think that the interface is well thought out for what it is designed to do, but that for this ancillary display (which I don't think was its original design intent), it definitely falls short.

So far, I've not had such issues. It's a funny game, to me, to see which of my two GPS-enabled devices - the 9500i or the mirror - picks up the signal first, and retains it longest.
