  |  Speed Cameras Being Voted @ 1:30 PM April 29th! Speed Cameras might be coming soon! In fact did you know in Phoenix, AZ that they already have the speed cameras in place. It's just like the red light cameras that you have been seeing popping up lately around your city. Basically after your car travels pass a speed camera doing 11+ miles over the limit it will take a picture of your car from the front to identify the driver. Then as you pass the speed camera it will take a picture from the back as well and send you a ticket in the mail! Basically just like a red light camera but for speed. The vote by the senate was shot down but they plan on re-voting again very soon to try and legalize it in California. Once states such as California adopt it you will slowly start to see other states adopting and following the same procedures....kind of like a chain effect! Hopefully this bill will NOT be passed!
