Default Radar Detectors keeping a low profile?

What tactics do you use to stay low profile when driving with a radar detector? Does any cops seem to follow you more by using one? Do other cars when traveling seem to follow you more and use you as the "rabbit" since you have the radar detector?

Default Re: Radar Detectors keeping a low profile?

I haven't had any issues where I was targeted specifically for the RD.

However, I did have a DPS trooper lay out a car link behind me at a light. I couldn't tell what he was up to but my co-pilot said he was eyeing my car pretty good. Whatever that means.

^ Yep, "the evil eye" is something that drivers of all sorts of "hi-po" (read as either performance or profile) vehicles will experience from enforcers.

You want to get noticed in a car? The "notice" goes both ways - to those you want to be noticed by, as well as those you don't.
