Its really a laser question

I read all the post. I'm still not sure. Don't care what brand so don't get into that. I will use Escort ZR3 as an example since I run the X50. It is said it won't work on certain guns, won't jam the gun.
The question is. Will it just not do it, or are there just not enough heads.
So whatever gun or head, if you had multiple heads would it do it if there were enough heads.
So if 3 ZR3 heads won't do it,, will 5 or 6, is it just the power of the head against the gun.
Did this make any sense at all?

It's a bit of both.

As IRCMUSA showed us all via his revolutionary use of IR videography, detection is more than half the game.

If the jammer can't see the incoming beam as it gets smaller and smaller, that'll produce a PT as the jammer starts to simply think that there's no more threat.

However, that's still not the complete game.

It doesn't matter how well the jammer detects the incoming - it could have the best reception in the world, but if the jamming algorithm isn't up-to-par or if the jammer output isn't up-to-par, it'll still fail.

You can deck out your truck with as many ZR3 heads as you'd like, but more than likely, if it encounters a gun for which it's algorithm simply doesn't compensate for (i.e. LA Stealth Mode), it'll be instant PT, no matter what the distance.
