Default Solar powered radar detector ?!

Found this one radar detector with one of our new sponsors, it is a solar powered radar detector...I cant figure out who makes it...when I saw that I was like it must be Cobra!

Check it out though, the sun powers the radar detector...pretty neat.

It won't let me go there because my software blocks it so it is possible that it is a scam.

That is my website and I can assure you my website is not a scam. I'm curious what software you're using that would say that?
