Default Weird Police Car Spotted with Radar Equipment...

I was driving out tonight coming home from a super bowl party and I spotted a weird cop car.

Was like a 2000-2002 Hyundai Elantra silver car. On the back bumper he had two stars on on each side that said Constable on the stars and next to his license plate he had the police flashing lights hidden, then on the top roof he had a small police light flasher, and on the sides it said constable. Also on his windshield he had the radar equipment and a laptop in the passenger side..... looked like a Windows screen with a weird face on it...... he was dressed just like a normal constable..... has anyone ever seen something like that.... and a hyundai elantra for a police car.... im confused....

Did it look something like this by any chance? Its not a Hyundai but an Isuzi Sheriff SUV. This is from my local Sheriffs Office in Santa Barbara, and dam this thing is ugly! I have seen it around a few times and I would be extremely embarrassed to be drive this thing on patrol. Imagine getting pulled over by it!

That sounds like precinct 5. I've got a vid of P5 running in a slicktop standard cab pickup on the beltway. I'm pretty sure that was not a county issue vehicle.

If you see it again or another vehicle like it check the precinct number. It helps me map out my car count.
