Default Rear Laser in Ireland.

no jamming here unfortunately but that will come soon

this is a well known spot in my area where they do rear lasering from an on ramp.

i was surprised to see them at it in the rain but they only seem to hit cars that are clearly speeding, hence the window was up but he did have a UL in the car with him and it wouldnt take him long to hit you if you fly by on the dual carriageway below.

apologies for the poor quality of the vid but i had to lower it just in case . that and i was driving too and its not easy.

more to come soon............

heres the latest rear trap i caught on vid here.

at around 6 seconds in you should be able to see the LEO targeting out his window at the cars driving on the dual carriageway below.

i only knew he was there because he had a victim caught up the road so i did a U-turn and waited for him to come back for another and he did so i had the camera ready

enjoy....

I love the bright yellow cars! Wish ours here stood out like that!

So the second video -- interesting method, shooting that "carriageway." Looks like a bad angle to me, but it's hard to tell.

BTW -- my wife wants to come see your country. Some day maybe I can get her there for a visit....I'd have brownie points forEVER if I did...

Man.....you guys over there are hard-core.

I can't imagine having to deal with so many rear-enforcement scenarios, nor can I imagine facing the vast array of enforcement tools there on a daily basis.

its not that bad usually but the good weather over here lately has definitely brought them out .

you can go for months without seeing a speedtrap but its definitely hunting season here at the moment

i didnt see him using the gun and i was in too much of a hurry to go around for another pass but he was parked in the usual spot and the drivers window was rolled down to be ready

ive tested it out with my own LIDARs and its deadly. the rear ends of cars are much bigger and flatter so they are more reflective than the front end and also very easy to get a lock on

speaking of which, heres another one i caught on dashcam this evening here........

very sneaky. you will not see him in your RVM until its too late if youre passing below
