 |  VID: Finally KPRCs newstory on undercover speeding operation Ok, finally got this bullsht video to work. I would tell you the circus I had to go through to export it but you wouldn't believe me. Anywayz. Video of KPRCs original news story on HPDs undercover speeding operation. It's been going on for months. And you'll get a chance to see my favorite Houstonian Vicky King interviewed about how clever she is. Also, here's my vid of an operation in progress in the same area. I've run through four of these and have yet to ID the "decoy"
