It only warns you when the cop is 200 feet from you. It would be too late and easy to get the ticket every time. The jamming feature does NOT work at all. This Rocky Mountain Company mislead the consumer. I strongly don't recommend this product. Escort Passport is much better. Low end product like Whistler is even better than Rocky Mountain RMR-C450. | Now that is an accurate review! The RMR is so insensitive to Ka band radar that, once it alerts, you could literally throw a rock at the police car and stand a good chance of hitting it. That is how short the RMR's range is on Ka. | ||||||||
