New Blinder M27 And M47

Blinder is releasing the new M27 and M47 in about 2 weeks..Thew new features will include HIGH powered LEDs never used in Blinder before.The Blinder is also been tweaked to be resistant to falses and has updated software for better jamming capabilities. It will also include a parking sensor that can be turned on and off by a switch if you get pulled by a LEO. Both units will be USB updateable via the internet and you will be able to turn Laser guns on and off based on your area such as if you are in the USA you can turn off European guns and if in Europe you can turn USA guns off...Depending on the laser enforcement in your area you can customize the unit for only the guns used in you town...If you want to turn them back on you can do so by using a multi function switch.....

Physically the US and European versions are identical, the differences are in the software/firmware. The European versions support lidar guns only experienced in those markets, including the advanced Traffipatrol XR and the new LTI-TruSpeed with advanced anti-laser jamming circuitry (which is a new algorithm specifically to designed defeat laser jamming attempts, not merely detect them). The U.S. versions support all currently used police lasers approved by use by the IACP including the U.S. version of the LTI-Truspeed.

Is the M27 and M47 identical except for adding two additional heads to the kit?

Heads are same size. As far as specifics we will not diclose everything until units ship...I will say that all software will be updatable via USB...More powerful platform, Better Detection with filtering, Timed jaming modes, Parking sensor(3 settings). You will also be able to customize each unit for gun specific areas...Meaning you can turn guns on and off..You are in USA so you can turn European guns off....The prices listed will only be for a short time longer because dealers are going to be downsized and regulated by serial #'s so once the units start shipping the prices will go to retail and nothing less.

Am I reading the feature set correctly? It seems to indicate that you update the main module via USB, (and not a RS-232 to USB adapter)? Is that correct?

Correct..It is a USB connection.
