There are companies that do this. If I remember I will post one of their names later (if someone doesn't beat me to it). I was thinking of doing this with our mirror but since the mirror is not line of sight it is not the best place to mount a radar display. Cool looking though

Neat toy, but defeats any type of stealthy mount. Those glowing arrows can really be seen from behind.

So? It's still much more stealth than the vast majority of RD installs.

Maybe the vast majority of ALL RD owners, but not the majority of mounts in the RD forums. Doesn't matter to me how anyone mounts their equipment. But if you have a high mount, hard wired V1 whats the point of the mirror?

My guess is so that they don't have to look at the ugly v1 casing

They also had their Jammer LED's mounted in the mirror.

So the V1 is mounted where? So I don't have to look at the ugly POS. You know what I am getting at. Mount whatever RD you have high and put a concealed display so everyone including MR LEO cant see it light up. And it is a magnesium case not the Belscort plastic case, of which I own 2.
