I was there at the testing and can verify that is a Blinder M45 but it really does not matter since other testers have tested it and it did poorly in those tests also.

You got that right My guess is that Blinder is doing such good business that either one of their competitors or law enforcement (or both) are trying to make them look bad in hopes that people stop buying them. I doubt that they work as good as claimed, but I also doubt that they are as bad as claimed too, especially when certain videos are finding their way on the net that have been deliberately faked. Tonight I actually came across a website that actually claimed that Blinder were scam artist So it's fairly apparent that 'someone' out there is unhappy with all of Blinders success. I'm sure the truth of the matter will come out soon enough. Our Bel RX65 works great though, and saved our sweet butt the other day from Laser. We plan on doing more research before deciding which accompanying jammer/shifter to buy. I do know that the Blinders work though because my nephew is in law enforcement. Whether they are the best product out of all of them is still up for debate

Well I am assuming you took advantage of the Blinder pay for your ticket program....

Do they actually do that? Or is it like the RMR "pay for your ticket" program where they really don't?

My installer installed the blinder correctly because they sell and install zr3's on a regular basis. I felt let down because the performance should stand on its own 2 feet if the install was done correctly by any good installer at a shop or if you have the experience of working with car audio.

Say what? Just because they install them "on a regular basis" is meaningless. They could just as easily be installing all of them incorrectly. The only way you are going to know IF they installed it correctly is IF you verify it's levels yourself.

Gomouse has tested the Blinders, and all I can say is your money is better spent on a LPP. You will get a ticked with a Blinder.

Bill, has go.mouse had a chance to try out the J15 revision of the 5-suffix variants?
