Default Question about mounting a laser jammer on a Hummer H3

I'm considering the Laser Mask, Blinder MX25, or the ZR4 Shifter. My problem is I can only find a one spot that can take 2 sensors on the front. Would two sensors work well enough or am I going to have to somehow fit four on the front. If I do go with two is their a certain brand that would be better for the two sensor application? The front of the truck really isn't that big but the grill is pretty big and it's all chrome. I ordered a Beltronics RX65 for a detector and I'm located in Houston. Any help would be appreciated.

For one I am assuming you have the highly reflective chrome grill on the front...if you can do anything to get rid of that or have it painted black...highly recommend...like a big bulls eye on the front of your truck when you drive around!

Given the profile of your vehicle like that even the best laser jammer like the LPP (laser pro park) and laser interceptor....going to need more then two heads in my opinion...you have a very square vehicle profile...so easy to hit and get a reading.

I would say go with the 4 head laser inteceptor or go with 3 head laser pro park...however with the laser pro park you would need two control boxes...so laser interceptor in that situation would be your best bet...the laser interceptor comes with 4 heads..... could always put 3 up front and one in the rear for rear protection...but I wouldnt go led based on your car....but only diode based jammers like the laser pro park and laser interceptor.

in your care the laser interceptor is your best bet...

Also mount the valentine one radar detector up high by your rear view mirror....and should be pretty well covered from there

i would certainly forget those jammers...go with a proven jammer like LPP up front, I have a mate with a H3 and is fitting dual head LPP upfront...should give no ticket performance

You definitely do not want a LED based Jammer! Go with a LPP LS AL or LI...

That front end is so huge its like a mirror on the front of your car! LED will not work for you!

incorrect, he could put 28 Blinder heads on the front...then he may get same performance as a 2 head LPP. LI etc

Agreed, but another real hot spot will be the front license plate, then the chrome grill. The headlights are no picnic either. Though smaller I'm sure the H3 lidar sig is probably close to the H2 which is 2500 ft.

(Provided you absolutely never drive even slightly inebriated) I would suggest running without the front plate or running a fake plate. Swap the grill with a flat black version an Veil the headlights and driving lights. Your bumper should be fine as is. Laser Interceptor may be a good candidate for this application.

As with the others I would say that the ZR4 would be insufficient.

With proper passive measures, and *if* you do not require true/effective-JTG performance, you could possibly get by with the use of either a Blinder M45 (4-head) unit or the LaserMask 4-head unit.

A dual-head Laser Interceptor or a three-head LPP *should* offer true/effective-JTG, forward.

A dual-head AL G8 should also work just fine.

All of these have been proven on similarly sized (Dodge Ram 2500, Mercedes M-Class, etc.) vehicles.

Dual LI. No questions asked, your cheapest most effective options.

Forget LED(Mask,Blinder,ZR3/4) jammers for your ride. They are just not going to cut it.

This is getting more complicated than I anticipated. Some of the costs for these jammers are pretty high (at least to me). I may have to wait this out awhile before I order to get more funds together. I figured my budget is going to be $600 so if it's going to cost more I may have to wait for awhile. I appreciate everyones input, I have alot of information to go through.
