All these threads are cute (how to get out of a ticket) but IMO I agree with the message in the video... the most smartest thing you could do for yourself is *don't* talk to the police.

especially if you have been drinking....when they ask....just say NO...never say maybe 1 or 2 drinks...just say NONE

On the same note, if you have been drinking... NEVER NEVER NEVER agree to ANY test; field sobriety, breathalyser, or blood test. Yes you will lose your license for a short period in many states, but they will have a very hard time proving you had anything to drink.
