even if they could get you that far away, it would not be hard to diffuse/jam them at those distances. the closer you get to a laser gun the harder it is to jam it

Laser scrambler disables all laser speed measurement devices
1 year ticket rebate for laser speeding tickets
they must be well funded because that thing wont jam $hit

I've heard the same gent who used to direct RMR is now running KAT electronics. It's been said that KAT stands for "Kick A** Technology."

If this company is run by the same gent that used to have a hand in RMR, I would expect you would find the same quality with this new radar detector.

Personally, I wouldn't touch this stuff with a 10' pole.

I would rather own a cobra radar detector

This detector reminds me of the laser star....gives you a false sense of security

It is RMR. It was run by the same crew at CES last year.

If you live in an area that used 35.5GHz and your using a Cobra then you might want to crap your pants when you see an Officer making a u-turn when you were speeding.

These are a couple of Rocky Mountain videos that made my view on their products. I would say go and buy a cobra before you even look at an ad for them.

YouTube - Rocky Mountain Radar RMR-C450 Test

YouTube - Rocky Mountain Radar Investigation by IPN Network
Did same test with phantom RCD; speed trailer showed 92 when going 25 or it went blank,,I hear these are illegal; trying to get rid of it.
