Typically at night, 3-4 cruisers will sit at bottom of hill at bank parking lot, in-line while one will sit on north side of median with radar gun and will tag cars coming over hill. At the hill/bridge the speed limit drops from 35 to 45 (at night it's hard to see sign) because the Leon County Sheriff jail is near and TCC is on right of road.
