I couldn't agree more. Unfortunately there are people who will buy the ZR4 simply because it's their premium product, and that doesn't encourage BEL/Escort to make a better product. On the plus side they are a great company, and I'm sure they are striving for the best product simply so they have bragging rights. I just hope they do so before more states make shifters illegal.

Do you really want your laser jammer to just "do well" or do you want it to jam to gun? With few exceptions I haven't really seen the ZR4 JTG very much. The ones that JTG are usually diode based.

Well i never see a LEO shoot at less than 500-1000ft and i can easily see them by then, however JTG is obviously best. However for the price i can get the ZR4 doing well is very impressive. Hopefully someone will test adding 2 and see how well it does, if not i will be the first.

You must drive on the coasts, or in Canada or outside the U.S.

In the mid-west it is becoming more common to see short range (<500 feet) rear shots. Typically from overpass with 4-5 patrol cars waiting behind an embankment or on a feeder road.

You cannot see squat ahead of time. Only thing you see is the Xmas tree light bar in your rear view 1/4 mile down the road.

And btw, Stalker is common gun in mid-West.

Be warned folks, they are wising up.
