Escort 9500Ci Ramp Up CONFIRMED!!!

Ok I emailed escort re the rampup, I am keen to get one of these units and shared concerns that the ramp up would be crap like the STI-r

I also asked that I could buy the unit without the shifters as i already have a LPP, I also said that many people would rather buy without shifters.

To my delight here is the response from Escort;
The ci has it's own "ramp up". You will find it very similar to the classic ESCORT design. We have not retained the same software as the STi. As I mentioned earlier we only borrowed some of it. As for the shifters, I will forward your request to your sales department for consideration.
