What does everyone think about Escort raising their prices of all their products???

Shouldn’t be a big deal they are already one of the most expensive RD manufactures and im sure it will only go up $10-20. I would rather the $ go up than quality go down.

I still cant get over the 450.00 for the 9500i....seems a little too pricey for what it offers

For example: The V1 and STI are $400, but all you get is the best detection and arrows on the V1 or stealth on the STI. Both are worth $400 because of sensitivity, arrows or stelth but that’s all you get. So a RD with almost, or even 75% of the V1's sensitivity and 10+ additional features over ether unit should be at least $450 or more.

$450 for what the 9500I does is really not that bad. You’re paying less than $150 over the X50, and only $50 more than the V1 & STI while getting close or more sensitivity. No matter the case it’s still in the top 4 RD's

lets put some $$ to value

GPS TrueLock- i would give this alone a 50-100 value but lets give it $30
Mark Locarion- not the most versitile feature but defanetley has its place $20
Auto sensativity acording to speed- this is prisless but a legit # is $30
Auto brightness- nice for some users $20
speed read out- cool feature $10
voice alets- cool feature but is awsome for multui bogies $20
beter detection- always a plus even if its just a little $30
Quiet to falses- prisless again but $30
If USB ever works its worth the $150 alone- but it doesint $0

I would point out more but you get the point. total=$190. If each feature was only $10 each = $90, still a deal if you ask me.

Doesnt bother me... I just sold my X-50, plan to keep my unleaded 8500 and keep and upgrade my V1 when necessary...

Got what I need, I'm pretty much done buying new detectors..

I haven't seen any price increase yet, although I could be reading the numbers wrong as there are too many 99.95's, 95.59'S etc...
