| Ya know what's amazing about the antenna location is even with it mounted extremely low like on a vette install that one of the members has,his SR7 mounted low,still picks up as well as his V-1 mounted high.

| Well folks i made it home from iraq on vacation and installed my RX75.I had Best Buy do the power connections since they had the new wiring print out.I just got back from my trip to NJ from upstate NY and lemme tell you guys what.The RX75 meet all my expectations and then some.At first my range was good but not great,so i angled the antenna up a lil more and now that thing is golden!!!!!!!! Picked up any alert at great distances just like my high mounted RX65.I tell you what i dunno what Beltronics did as far as antenna design,but they hit the nail on the head with this system.I will never go back to a wndow mounted unit again if i can help it.I mounted the antenna in the upper drivers side behind the grill, and it performs flawlessly.I'll take pics today and show you guys my install.I know the system is pricey but to me it was money well spent.Nice stealthy install without any clue that there is a unit installed!!
