I will try and sum it up for you. The V1 is quite sensitive, sometimes too sensitive for some, just right for others. The V1 has the best laser detection of all rd's but other rd's do have great laser detection. The arrows showing you radar/laser from the front/side to side/and to the rear is quite unique and VR calls it "situational awareness". The x and k band detection is very good along w/ ka band but in some situations, ka band stays tied w/ the Bel STi, others it falls ahead, and still others it falls behind, you just never know what you are going to witness. The inventor of the V1 was the first person to help invent the original Escort (which is pretty cool). I like the fact the V1 has so many options in the programming menu that you have to read up on them before you decide to make any changes so you don't change the wrong thing. |
