I have been a V1 user for many years now. Recently, I decided to go with an escort 9500i in ADDITION to my V1.

So YES, I have BOTH of these in my car at the same time.

First issue I noticed was that the escort appeared to be setting off the X band constantly on the V1, so I disabled X band on the V1 since it is basically worthless.

At FIRST that corrected all the conflicts between the two, at least as far as I could tell.... BUT lately, a new issue has come about.

I bought a 2008 Cadillac Escalade... put both of the units in there. Now about every 30 seconds or so, the V1 gives me a hit on K band.

I figure it must be some signal that the escort is sending at certain intervals or something of that nature. Frankly it is getting really annoying and I want it fixed or I will just have to remove the Escort.

Also, this car is speedy enough that I am considering a Laser Blinder.. What does everyone recommend? I am brand new here, but there seem to be a lot of conflicting suggestions.
