^^ I was going to say, how will they meet their end of the month quota??? Not that they have them but the government takes in a lot of money from speeders.
I can also agree with the first poster about not being about to speed up and pass a vehicle. And what if an emergency vehicle comes blaring through and everyone is going the same speed and can't pass each other and move over?
