Default Radar Detector Review Rocky Mountain Range RMR-C450 Radar Detector: Recomended Radar

the radar works fairly well if a cop is ahead of you, but if one is behind you, you're pretty much detected. As far as the jammer, it will jam it down by a few miles depending how fast you go, usually 6-8 miles. But if you're doing like 90 or more there is no way you will get away because 1. the cop knows you;re speeding 2. you will get a seperate ticket for a jamming device.
for 200 dollars, i think i got what i paid for

However, whenever you are around a cvs or walgreens pharmacy, the x band is uncontrollable and annoying. x band is also set off around restaurant and fast food joints. for best detection, i would mount the radar on the visor area to pick up a cop sitting over a hill quiker, but if you have no tint, i wouldnt risk being caught with a device like this.

this device works well for people who do a few miles over the speed limit. but you cant expect the radar to pick up everything because sometimes cops turn off their radar and call up a cop ahead of you or clock you after you have passed them.
