I have almost locked them all out of the 9500i but they seem to drift in and out of different frequencies. They are low powered, and the RX65 alerts me to K-band pop at full strength. I have come to an almost certain conclusion that they monitor traffic. They shoot down both the NB and SB sides of the highway, and stop once I get through Ventura County.
