E - 48 isn't normal code.
A jammer's company in europe was in the level of
E - 48 (see the picture bellow) but they are trying persistently to avoid this condition.
I am sorry but I can't explain the reason that this happens but as you are polite I can only tell you this:
With the code
E - 48 the factions of measurement of speed (from XR)
stop directly and XR is asking the officer if he wants to start again!

Remember.. XR is cleverer than we believe.. and let me remind you that XR has jam codes and interference codes also.
XR is the first laser gun in the world that belongs in new generation and has so many differences with previous generations.
If somebody wants a 'collision' with XR and to be ready vs new generation he will have 6 levels in front of him:
A. Detect the XR!
B. Jam the XR!
C. Jam with normal codes no E - 14, E - 48, E - 58
D. A+B+C in every measuring!
E. The device to run also with previous generations!
F. When the manufacturer be sure and responsible for A+B+C+D+E to sell his device in the world market!
The performance of jam device is another capital.
