Forgive my ignorance on this.. I'm assuming this is for folks that are required to have two license plates on their vehicles?? (which are reflective I'm sure).
In NC we only have a rear plate,, but I do have a plastic front plate (my sons school).. would plastic non reflective plates require any treatment or would that be a waste of time/effort? |
