Ok during my travels today interstate i found this Redflex Speed Camera that was hidden behind poles, Is this fair..I say no but hey if you speed u will get caught, this camera uses Loops in the road to measure speed from loop 1 to loop 2

This is the IR flash, you dont see a flash of light from these flashes, it is IR light and only visable if you are looking thru a camera:
