Yes, the phantom rcd very much so is.

For all newcomers the quesiton RR.net just asked me is.

Does this device Transmit a Radio wave to interrupt the guns outgoing waves.

Or does it try to Reflect back the source signal with mixed jumbo (which doesn't work this is what rmr does.


Although Active jamming IE. transmitting your own radio wave at the same exact frequency at a high enough Wattage/power does work very effectivly.

And this is what this jammer is doing in this video to the radar gun to jam it, it's transmitting it's very own beam of radio waves to disrupt the gun and as you see it proves extremely effective. You can actually hear this happening in the doppler audio of this movie if you listen closely you will hear it become all scratchy and distored this is the Phantom RCD at work on the K-55's doppler shift. Unlike Rocky Mountain radars, reflective receivers.
