I herd of people who own Infiniti FX35 with Laser assist breaking having problems with RD's falsing Laser. One solution I herd was Just paint/tape over the laser emitter on FX35 and Problem is solved. Not just for you but also for other RD users you encounter on the road.
Apparently it doesn’t affect the ultimate performance of the breaking.
