I think I should let everyone know what my lawyer said about that Transportation Code...
All it means is you can not be sited if you flee a unmarked patrol car with no lights and the officer is in street clothes and the badge is not shown fully.
In a nutshell unmarked police cars are not against the TXDOT code... |
