Agreed^ What makes that even more true is the fact that laser is only at best 50% of your probable hits.

I speed all the time, and I drive like a freaking soldier out there.
• I keep a database of police cars used in my area.
• Study the pictures for tailight/headlight patterns,
• Study reported speedtrap reports and tag they're locations
• Use rabbits when appropriate,
• Always keep a sterile cockpit,
• Scanner, jammer, two RDs

and in spite of all that, moving IO will get me "almost " every time.

Fact is, you WILL be ticketed. The police have the advantage. Get the best jammer and avoid the stupid tickets so when you get the smart ones' you can . . . (not to sound like Don King here) but "manage the damage".
