I got flashed at the traffic lights by the driver of an oncoming car so i knew they were ahead. unfortunately for the driver of the black Mercedes that overtook me on the left, he didnt spot this and ran headlong into their waiting arms at well over the 50kmh PSL on that road

he had been keeping up with me all the way in the main road and this was on the outskirts of the city. when he saw that i had slowed down, i can only guess that he went for it
i got no alert from the V1 or LPP on the first run so there must not have been any scatter to pick up. they were using an old Lti 20-20 on a tripod and there is no way you would spot them first as you will see
on the second run, only the V1 alerted because i was actually not the car being targeted. however i felt it best to mute it just in case they heard it.
granted with my dual LPP and V1 i was never in any danger but it just goes to show you that you should always be alert. your eyes are your best detectors and can save you in ways RDs and LJs cannot
