First off digital and analog are totally different forms of communication.


Analog communications use a simple CW type transmission CW= Constant Wave.

Digital communications use an on off in the signal that is all that makes a signal digitial.. 1 for on 0 for off.

So this would be an analog signal in essense.

So A DIGITAL signal is much weaker than a analog signal. As you can see from The makeup of the signal, and because of that frequently sounds like much more gargled garbage, than an analog signal.
